Information on how to apply for visas is subdivided into 3 categories as follows:
Category A -consists of those countries whose nationals do not need visas to enter into Zimbabwe.
Category B -consists of those countries whose nationals are given visas at the port of entry on
payment of visa fees.
Category C -consists of those countries whose nationals have to apply for visas
before entry.
VISA APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
i. Passport size photograph
ii. Original and photocopy of residence permit, valid for at least six months or photocopy of a return air ticket and a photocopy of France visa if the applicant is not resident in France.
iii. Business invitation, if purpose of visit is business.
iv. Copy of hotel booking in Zimbabwe or invitation letter from host in Zimbabwe, with a photocopy of the host’s ID or Passport and a utility bill.
v. Valid original passport and photocopies of pages with personal details.
vi. Visa fees
NB: Visa processing takes at least seven working days and visa fees are not refundable.
The passport is only presented on application and returned to the owner. It will be required for visa endorsement when application is successful.
